We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Camp Boss/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and management of a G+4 labor camp in Dubai, accommodating over 800 Laborer's.. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment while coordinating all necessary services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to ensure a smooth camp operation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tenant Management & Oversight-Manage and coordinate all tenants to ensure a peaceful and orderly environment. Act as the primary point of contact for tenant concerns and maintain effective communication channels.
2. Facility Operations- Oversee the entire camp operation, ensuring all services are maintained 24/7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations. Ensure all necessary warning signs are posted and visible in the camp.
3. Maintenance and AMC Coordination
   Manage and oversee various AMCs, including: Gas supply and safety
   Waste and garbage disposal
   Grease trap maintenance
   Water tank cleaning and maintenance
   Lift servicing and maintenance
   Fire safety systems and compliance
   Pest control
   Coordinate with civil defense to ensure all safety protocols are in place.
4. Staff Coordination-Supervise and coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and other staff to ensure camp cleanliness and functionality.
   Ensure all staff adhere to scheduled duties and maintain high service standards.
5. Documentation & Compliance-Maintain and update all camp documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
6. Prepare reports as required and ensure accurate record-keeping for all maintenance and service activities.
