- Deal with customer inquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles.
- Open and close Rental Agreements and manage related documentation.
- Show customers the vehicle along with the checklist and handle related queries if any.
- Bill customers for personal rentals paid by credit card or cash for monthly, weekly, and daily rentals.
- Follow up for pending payments for monthly clients and, in the case of corporates, for the necessary Purchase Order.
- Generate invoices for all monthly rentals and provide copies for the Accounts Department.
- Prepare SRA (Statement of Rental Agreement) and send it to accounts or the concerned department on a daily basis.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence from both external and internal clients of the station.
- Handle outbound reservation requests via Click4wheels.
- Prepare month-end reports for the sales supervisor (Pending payments, monthly RA & Sales Dept. Work details).
- Coordinate with Operations for service/maintenance due vehicles and the return of job-completed vehicles.
- Control and maintain the station Key Rack (DR, RR, NR/Replacement).
- Prepare the driver’s daily sheet wherever applicable.
