Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
Perform routine maintenance and servicing, including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Carry out major repairs such as engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical system work
Conduct pre-sale and post-service vehicle inspections
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
Use tools and equipment properly and report any faults or damages
Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed
Follow manufacturer specifications and company procedures
Communicate effectively with supervisors and, when needed, customers regarding vehicle issues and solutions
Requirements
Proven experience as a car technician or automotive mechanic
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.)
Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive engineering (preferred)
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
