Job Summary:
The Carpenter will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing structural and decorative elements for prefabricated homes and smart capsules. The ideal candidate should have experience working with wood, aluminum, and composite materials, with a strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication: Construct, shape, and finish wooden, aluminum, and composite materials for prefabricated home structures, including walls, flooring, and decorative elements.
- Assembly: Assemble prefabricated components in accordance with technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Maintenance: Maintain carpentry tools, machines, and workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for accuracy, durability, and aesthetic quality, ensuring compliance with design standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Adaptability: Perform carpentry tasks for both standard and custom-designed prefabricated structures.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to workplace safety regulations and ensure proper handling of materials and tools.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and routers.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with working on large-scale modular or prefabricated structures is an advantage.
- Knowledge of materials used in modern prefabrication, such as wood, aluminum, and composite panels.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
