Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of South India chai, including masala chai, filter coffee, and specialty blends.
• Source and select high-quality tea leaves, spices, and other ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the chai preparation area.
• Engage with customers, offering personalized recommendations and educating them about our chai options.
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation for all beverages.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal specials.
• Assist with inventory management and place orders for supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a chai or beverage preparation role, especially with South India styles.
• Strong understanding of traditional chai-making techniques and spices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
