The CFO will lead financial strategy, risk management, capital planning, compliance, and reporting across multiple regulatory environments. Working closely with country CEOs and senior leadership, this role ensures financial sustainability, optimizes multi-currency operations and enhances efficiency in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies, advise the CEO and Board, and oversee long-term financial planning.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance.
• Capital & Liquidity Management: Secure funding, manage investor relations, and optimize capital structures.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, strengthen governance and implement risk management frameworks.
• Financial Reporting & Operations: Oversee financial statements, enhance financial systems, and manage treasury, tax, and payroll.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
