1. JOB PURPOSE
To provide commercial and technical advice to Department Director on all assigned client’s Investment, Commercial, PPP, and outsourcing tasks / Projects and carryout duties for the same.
2. KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Identify and evaluate new business, investment and growth opportunities
• Analyze and evaluate statistical / financial data and conduct reports with clear and realistic recommendations for the assigned task / Project.
• Analyze details of past, present, and expected DEPARTMENT projects in order to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is required
• Conduct economic and financial appraisals of assigned investment and commercial proposals.
• Develop business plans and financial models for commercial projects and to evaluate strategic initiatives in order to generate additional commercial revenues.
• Collect and maintain accurate, up-to-date information, financial data, etc
• Conduct research to track industry activity, competitor actions for all the projects and new initiatives, etc
• Generate Request for Proposals (RFP) and presentations to communicate with employees and executives for all agencies of client.
• Meet with Strategic Commercial Partners in order to identify revenue generating opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance of client and make required improvement and suggestions to bridge client’s funding gap.
• Identify and explore Investment, Commercial, PPP, outsourcing opportunities in order to increase client commercial revenues.
• Design, develop, implement and evaluate Investment, commercial, PPP, and outsourcing opportunity plans and projects related to PPP operational plan, and to ensure growth, innovation and competitiveness of client’s strategic and Departmental commercial ambitions.
• Conduct feasibility studies for the different investment & commercial initiatives that DEPARTMENT develop internally or/and proposed by client Agencies and Sectors including market analysis and benchmarking.
• Assist DEPARTMENT Director in ensuring proper orientation program for new employees including the clarification of their role and job descriptions
• Ensure achievement of targeted results in each key performance areas as outlined in the plan.
• Manage assigned projects /tasks by DEPARTMENT Director.
• Comply with the client’s quality standards and requirements.
• Submit reports to DEPARTMENT Director as instructed and assigned.
• Effective participation in steering committees / sub-committees / Teams of various major projects as assigned.
• Perform any other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate
3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Master’s in Finance / Business Administration from a recognized university, PMP/CFA certificate is advantageous, 5 years of experiences in international consultant firm, of which 3 years at least in managing investments and commercial line of businesses including real estate, retail, Investment Banking, with proven record of successful management of investments portfolios.

• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
