The ideal candidate must have expertise in crafting exquisite chocolates, pralines, and desserts, as well as a passion for innovation in artisanal chocolate-making. - Chocolate Production: Prepare and create a variety of chocolates, pralines, ganaches, truffles, and molded confections using high-quality ingredients.
- Recipe Development: Innovate and experiment with new flavors, textures, and artistic presentations.
- Quality Control: Ensure all chocolate products meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
- Ingredient Selection: Source and work with premium chocolates, cocoa beans, and natural ingredients.
- Tempering & Molding: Master various chocolate tempering techniques and use molds to create exquisite shapes and designs.
- Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Maintain a strictly clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with Dubai's food safety regulations.
