What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Psychological Assessments: Perform diagnostic interviews and evaluations to understand the emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs of your patients.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Offer therapeutic support, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other relevant approaches to help patients manage conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.
• Counseling and Support: Provide counseling to patients and psychological consultations for families and caregivers to promote emotional well-being.
• Collaborate on Integrated Care Plans: Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of your patients.
• Maintain Patient Records: Ensure that patient records are detailed, confidential, and compliant with DOH and internal policies.
• Stay Current: Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about best practices and new psychological interventions.
• Work with a Collaborative Team: Collaborate with telemedicine and clinic teams to ensure seamless delivery of mental health services.
