** Hiring Azure Cloud Engineer**

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with expertise in monitoring solutions and landing zone architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust monitoring systems within Azure environments, with a strong focus on landing zone awareness. This role requires proficiency in Azure services, monitoring tools, scripting, and automation to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

*Monitoring Design and Implementation:

Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions for Azure cloud environments. Develop monitoring strategies to ensure visibility into the performance, health, and security of Azure resources. Configure monitoring tools and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs. Create alerts, thresholds, and notifications to proactively identify and address issues.

Landing Zone Awareness:

Collaborate with architects to design and implement Azure landing zones aligned with best practices and organizational requirements.

Ensure landing zones are configured for scalability, security, and compliance.

Implement landing zone monitoring to track resource utilization, cost management, and security posture.

Continuously optimize landing zone configurations based on changing business needs and Azure updates.

Automation and Scripting:

Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline monitoring setup and maintenance tasks.

Leverage Azure Automation, PowerShell, or other scripting languages to automate routine monitoring processes.

Incident Response and Troubleshooting:

Respond to monitoring alerts and incidents promptly, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime.

Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.

Work closely with DevOps and support teams to troubleshoot complex issues and implement remediation steps.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

Document monitoring architecture, configurations, and best practices.

Create operational runbooks and knowledge base articles for monitoring setup and maintenance procedures.

Share expertise with team members through training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, preferably with a focus on Azure cloud services.

Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, including landing zone design principles and best practices.

Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar tools.

Understanding of networking concepts and cloud security principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
