Job Description:
We are seeking a Cloud Senior Sales Executives who are passionate about technology and possess a startup mentality of "Whatever it takes." The ideal candidates will exhibit enthusiasm for cloud computing solutions, along with integrity, independence, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within their role. As Cloud Senior Sales Executives, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of WorldPosta's services across the MENA region.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the complete sales cycle, starting from identifying expansion opportunities and establishing relationships with key stakeholders, to negotiation and contracting.
• Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline, striving to meet or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop various online promotions and campaigns to effectively communicate our company message.
• Conduct client meetings to educate them about our services and provide guidance for informed decision-making.
• Cultivate new business with existing clients while identifying areas for improvement to achieve sales quotas.
• Effectively demonstrate corporate products and technologies to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Engage directly with clients to comprehend their business and technical needs, providing initial solutions.
• Plan and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Foster enduring relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending appropriate services.
• Assist with addressing challenging client requests and take an active lead in resolving customer issues to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver technical architecture, solutions, sizing, and meet full customer requirements for successful project implementation.
• Follow up with customers during project implementation to ensure their satisfaction.
