Meet the requirements set for the Club Operations to ensure the club is the best both members facing and back of house.
Ensure you comply with all aspects of processes from Finance and Member Services.
To ensure club is well maintained by utilizing maintenance systems, knowledge and staff.
Ensure the club standards are achieved in cleaning standards.
Ensure all routines are followed and consistent with set club processes.
Member Experience
Liaise with all departments to support and maximize opportunities for net member movement.
Implement Net Promoter Score in a regular routine to understand members satisfaction.
To ensure you and your team provide excellent customer care.
Plan and implement events to promote members interaction.
To support and participate in local community events.
Actively drive the in-club renewal process to ensure our members are kept in contact with regularly and are encouraged to stay, exercise and renew.
To meet with members requesting to cancel in order to retain the member or assist in the transfer of the membership to someone else.
Sales and Marketing Mindset
Achieve all membership revenue lines.
Coordinate and motivate sales teams to overcome targets.
Achieve and exceed the Personal Training to deliver key secondary revenue.
Build relationships with the surrounding Businesses in the immediate area in order to potentially attract Corporate Members.
Develop and coordinate an online and offline communication in line with the brand personality
Implement strategies to acquire new leads.
Spread the brand through the community according to its values and market positioning.
Profits and
Losses Focus
Achieve the budget monthly and yearly.
Implement business plans that will achieve total revenue and maximize controllable profits in the club.
Control costs in an effective way without compromising service.
Deliver results in line with the budget and P&Ls.
Look at all extra revenue opportunities in your club to achieve the annual business plan.
