•Lead the implementation and execution of the Mechanical Completion, Commissioning and Start Up activities organized by systems and approved start-up sequence

•Lead a commissioning team ensure successful project and operational deliverables within project schedule milestones

•Maintain contact with Owner's commissioning and start up team

•Lead punch list prioritization, follow up and close-out activities

•Ensure all necessary commissioning tools, temporary equipment and facilities necessary to commission the Facility.

•Manage, coordinate and execute preservation activities for the facilities

•Manage external interfaces related to commissioning and start up activities of Subcontractors and Vendors

•Lead the Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) and Performance Tests (PTs) for the facilities

•Lead the completions management system (CMS) and dossier compilation for the works, to ensure proper tracking and handover to the Routine Operations Team.
