Across an 8–10 week project, you will be solely responsible for:

• Technical audit of the existing site and production of a diagnostic report

• Front-end and back-end development using modern, secure technologies

• Full UX/UI build-out aligned to the UAE Design System

• Bilingual Arabic/English implementation with correct RTL/LTR handling

• CMS setup enabling non-technical staff to manage content independently

• SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics 4 configuration

• Digital integration with electronic forms and communication channels

• Comprehensive QA testing (performance, security, accessibility, compatibility)

• Staff training and delivery of a bilingual site management guide

• Full handover of source code, assets, and credentials to the SMO

• Post-launch technical support (minimum 3 months)
