To prepare, draft, and revise contractual and technical documents including construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract forms, ensuring compliance with project requirements, company standards, and contractual obligations.

  • Prepare and develop technical drawings, layouts, and details related to contractual requirements for construction projects.
  • Draft and revise contract-related documents such as scope of work, technical specifications, schedules, and contractual forms.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and legal teams to translate project requirements into clear and compliant documentation.
  • Support the preparation of tender documents, RFIs, submittals, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure all drafts are in line with contractual agreements, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation and revision history for all drawings and contracts.
  • Participate in internal reviews and client meetings to finalize contract packages.
  • Ensure accurate translation of contract terms into technical documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
  • 3+ years of experience in drafting within the contracting or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, technical specifications, and industry regulations.
  • High attention to detail and precision in documentation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
