Duty No. 1: Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients such as multinational companies, government entities, and SMEs, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop tailored rental and leasing solutions to meet client-specific needs and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
Duty No. 2: Sales Supervision & Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to ensure daily targets are met.
- Monitor performance KPIs and coach the team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss pipeline, challenges, and client feedback
Duty No. 3: Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and pricing policies in line with market trends.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as set by the company.
- Recommend new business opportunities and partnerships.
Duty No. 4: Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for high-value clients.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys and follow-up action plans
Duty No. 5: Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
