  • Planning, and designing Travel packages to suit the client's needs. Coordinate travel booking, holidays, and transport operations, to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests; hence maximize the revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of a client's travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently.
  • Provide consultation to the client. Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.
  • Maintains active communication and seeks expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported.
  • Provides the client with the required industry information such as low fares exchange costs and penalties.
  • Can fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations.
  • Provide professional written communication when dealing with e-mail inquiries or confirmations.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team- to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others as well as welcome feedback, contribute to building team spirit, and be proud of the service you provide.
