Monitor planning process to ensure adequate resources are deployed to complete the project on time and on budget.
Coordinate with Project Manager / Cost Control Engineer for cost control on project resource requirements, procurement and subcontracting.
Monitoring budgets/project cost on regular basis and notifying / alarming for any slippage. Ensuring the only approved budget contingencies are being used.
Gather project performance feedback and submit to operations. Monitor quality of project performance and recommend ways of improvement if required.
Submitting monthly project cost report to Project Manager / Cost Control Engineer.
Provide support in implementing risk management framework; Support implementation of risk contingency management.
Monitor daily progress of activities and general project progress to ensure work schedule is achieved within planned budget.
Prepare and analyze productivity data and reports to Cost Control Engineer as necessary.
Track the costs, assist in handling checks of balances and in identifying revenue risks in order to develop accurate cost forecasts. Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment objectives.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Cost Control Engineer.
