Prepare and support in the preparation and review of cost estimation for Projects in pursuit
Close liaison and arrange meetings with other departments for analysis and benchmarking tasks.
Provision of general support information to the estimation and benchmarking team.
Create project costings and budgets from precise objectives.
Analyzing project data efficiently and seeking necessary clarifications if needed.
Working as a proactive team player to achieve team goals.
Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of budget estimates.
Undertaking cost management services with limited supervision.
Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
Cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects

B.Sc. in quantity surveying.
Preferrable being a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
A minimum of 5 years technical delivery experience gained within a global consultancy firm.
Cost Estimation & Cost Planning Experience.
Post-contract experience is an advantage.
UAE/GCC experience.
Good technical writing and communication skills.
Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute.
A team player with a can-do attitude.
