Bachelors degree in Engineering

Minimum 10 years’ experience in costing & cost estimation within an oil and gas / refining / petrochemical industry

Must be familiar with various cost elements that are required for costing of projects

Understand the scope of work, prepare bill of quantities, estimate the costs based on the cost databank, (Manpower requirement, Manpower rates, Material requirement and rates, special equipment requirement and their rates etc.
