1) Execute lifting operations strictly in accordance with the Lifting Plan, PTW, and JSA, complying with ADNOC HSE rules at all times. 2) Operate cranes within load charts, radius/boom limits and wind speed restrictions; correctly use LMI (Load Moment Indicator) and anemometer. 3) Perform and record pre-shift/post-shift inspections (fluids, hydraulics, boom/ropes, outriggers and mats); report abnormalities immediately and assist with troubleshooting. 4) Coordinate clearly with Banksman/Rigger/Lifting Supervisor, ensuring signal discipline and controlled work zones. 5) Support preventive maintenance (PM) and planned workshop/onsite services; cooperate with TPI for load tests and LMI calibrations. 6) Participate in toolbox talks, HSE inductions, emergency drills and incident/near-miss reporting. 7) Complete timesheets/hour-meter logs and job records accurately to support invoicing and audits. 8) Strong safety mindset, clear communication, and compliance with site rules.(HSE Require)
