Purpose: To play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships within our prestigious brand's aftersales division. Primarily responsible for managing customer interactions through various channels, with a significant focus on outbound & inbound calls and maintaining the correct customer details in our CRM System to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to existing customers for service appointment follow-ups, feedback collection, and ensuring satisfaction with Porsche aftersales services.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries regarding service schedules, vehicle maintenance, and service-related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, documenting interactions, feedback, and service history details.
- Update customer contact information regularly to facilitate effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to schedule appointments and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- Analyze data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and resource needs.
- Provide external connections for staff and handle internal queries via the switchboard.
- Occasionally fill in for principal clerical staff as needed.
