We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of managerial experience in real estate development, with a
strong ability to handle sales, operations, and post-sale teams. The CRM will be responsible for managing
and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in our customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the real estate development sector.
• Oversee and manage sales, operations, handover and post-sale teams to ensure seamless service
delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly
and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product and
service improvements.
• Lead customer service initiatives and training programs to enhance team performance.
• Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, team performance, and service
delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all customer interactions and
processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, ensuring timely and
satisfactory resolutions.
