In this role, a Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for:
- Selling credit cards to potential customers
- Helping client to register and apply for credit cards
- Working on existing leads and generate new leads in order to increase sales
- Willing to do tele sales and field sales.
- Providing financial advice and recommending appropriate banking products (Credit Cards).
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions.
