In this role, a Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for:

• Selling credit cards to potential customers
• Helping client to register and apply for credit cards
• Working on existing leads and generate new leads in order to increase sales
• Willing to do tele sales and field sales.
• Providing financial advice and recommending appropriate banking products (Credit Cards).
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions.
