  • Provide outstanding customer service to Chinese-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Chinese, both written and verbal, to assist with inquiries, orders, and concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including updating customer profiles and documenting interactions.
  • Identify and escalate potential product or service issues to management for resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with translating documents and materials from English to Chinese, and vice versa.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service operations and processes.
