Data Management & Entry: Accurately inputting and updating client data into internal systems and various UAE Government Portals (including Tasheel, Amer, and DED).
Customer Support: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional guidance on administrative and governmental procedures via phone, email, and in-person.
Document Processing: Reviewing and preparing necessary documentation for visa processing, trade licenses, and other government-related transactions to ensure 100% compliance.
Application Tracking: Coordinating with the operations team to monitor the status of pending applications and providing timely updates to clients.
Administrative Support: Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems and performing general clerical tasks to support office efficiency.
