· Input all orders in to the system

· Feeds the system with order quantities, product source and final destination with each country requirements for example: shelf life, labels etc

· Checks availability of product

· Follow up on claims for damages, wrong shelf life, late shipments etc

· Send weekly report to Sales Director regarding orders and claims

· Run sales report through Baan system and ensure it matches with the finance departments figures
