· Manage / perform data migrations & reporting, provide expertise and knowledge in the technical side of the Oracle Fusion & EBS.
· Data migration for All Modules (Finance/Supply Chain & HRMS).
· Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Data Transformation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering for data rules / scope identifications, Extract data for Analysis/ Validation, Extract Data in FBDI / HDL formats for migration, Data Transformation mappings, Data load/ Migrations, pre & post load Data Validations etc.
· Document and Track data load activities & lessons learnt for each cycle (PB2, SIT, UAT etc.) and plan subsequent cycle effectively.
· Write Interfaces for Oracle Applications modules, XML Publisher report developments (data validation pre / post load) etc. in co-ordination with the functional consultants.
· Advanced knowledge of working in Oracle Applications, interface designing, cross platform data migration and Fusion application data and table structure.
· Review the documents / deliverables delivered by the Implementation Vendor team.
· Conduct in-house discussions with users and IT team on an as needed basis.
· Work with Oracle Support when needed in case of any exceptions in Standard API’s, Interfaces.
· Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on technical issues they may encounter in the extractions and migrations of data.
· Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
