As a Design Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our creative vision and seamless execution. You’ll work closely with designers, project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure every detail aligns with brand standards, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate the flow of design projects from initial brief through to final delivery

- Schedule meetings, manage timelines, and track project progress

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

- Maintain organized design files and ensure proper documentation

- Support the design team with research, presentations, and production needs
