We are in to heavy equipment sales and rental; mainly cranes , spider crane, lifting equipment's etc.

We are looking for an Experienced Design Engineer with proficient in AutoCad , Solidworks, analytical skill, designing skill, hydraulic system design and interpretation .

Technical Guidance:

• Ensure repair instructions given to technicians are based on OEM approved procedures and standards.
• Ensure that quality maintenance and repair services are delivered on time by the workshop.

Machine Maintenance:

• Ensure routine maintenance of machines is scheduled and completed on time to prevent downtime.

Certification Management:

• Ensure third-party certifications of equipment, operators, and technicians are always valid.
• Deal with customer machine repairs, prepare quotes, and obtain approval from General Manager/Technical Engineer.

Tagging System Compliance:

• Ensure the tagging system of equipment is adhered to and followed by the workshop.

Off-Hired Machines:

• Ensure the workshop actively works on off-hired machines within a 2-day time frame to send customer reports for off-hire damages.

Pre-Hire and Off-Hire Checks:

Ensure that pre-hire checks and off-hire processes are performed meticulously.
