• Supplier shall be paid for the actual man-days on site/office from mobilization till demobilization, at the prescribed rates.
• Supplier’s charges shall cover all expenses incurred by the Supplier in providing the Deputees - salaries and wages, allowances, social benefits, leave, indemnities, compensations, end of service benefits and fringe benefits of whatever nature to its personnel, Insurance benefits (such as medical, workmen’s compensation, accident…etc. and any other kind of insurance coverage required by the Local Laws in the country of operation) service charges and trade test charges and permits/visas.
• Supplier’s charges shall cover all expenses incurred by the Supplier in providing the Deputees with mobilization, demobilization, rest & recreation, repatriation tickets.
• Supplier shall be fully liable for and will pay, without claim for reimbursement from company, any and all applicable taxes, imposed upon Supplier at its country of registration and hold company harmless from and against any claims or liabilities arising out of the payment or non-payment of such taxes, assessments, fees and the like, in the country of the SUPPLIER
• Holidays and other Leave: Deputees shall be entitled to paid leave per the relevant Labour Law, however, this shall be to the Supplier’s account. company shall not be liable for payment towards any such leave as it is included in the agreed rate (companyshall not pay for any absence by the Deputee).
• Supplier must ensure that assigned Deputees are free from any contagious diseases and meet the minimum medical and health fitness requirements to perform the job requirements prior to mobilization. company, at its discretion, may require that the SUPPLIER submit initial visa-related medical reports to support the medical fitness of the Deputees.
