  • Create tailored social media strategies to promote our podcasts, drive listener engagement, and expand our audience across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Work with podcast hosts and teams to develop engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create Engaging Content
  • Design and write content for social media posts, podcast episode promotions, and newsletters using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Create audio and visual teasers (e.g., video clips, audiograms, quotes) to promote podcast episodes and special content.
  • Manage and Monitor Social Media Channels
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our social media accounts, ensuring they align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community around the podcast content.
  • Analyze and Report on Performance
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, podcast episode growth, and audience engagement metrics.
  • Use insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, podcast hosting platforms) to optimize campaigns and improve listener acquisition.
  • Create and Manage Paid Social Media Ads
  • Design and run paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube ads) to increase podcast listenership and awareness.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting and budgets, and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Lead Generation & Audience Growth
  • Develop strategies to attract new subscribers, listeners, and podcast clients through lead generation techniques, content marketing, and partnerships.
  • Utilize email marketing and other digital tools to nurture leads and maintain strong relationships with current and potential listeners.
  • Collaborate with Podcast Hosts and Creators
  • Work closely with podcast hosts, producers, and content creators to develop promotional strategies, schedule content releases, and coordinate marketing efforts.
  • Promote guest appearances, interviews, and special episodes to increase excitement and engagement around new content.
  • Basic Web Development Knowledge
  • Update and maintain the podcast website or landing pages (e.g., WordPress) with fresh content, episode updates, and show notes.
  • Ensure that the website is optimized for SEO and provides a seamless user experience for podcast listeners.
