As our E-Commerce Operations Expert, you’ll wear multiple hats (and probably invent new ones too). You’ll lead everything from platform operations to logistics, marketing optimization, and customer experience. Your job? Make sure our online business runs like a well-oiled machine—and grows like crazy.
Here’s what you’ll be owning:
- Build & scale our e-commerce strategy – from the ground up or the next level up.
- Run the day-to-day on our online store(s)—platform management, product listings, payment flows, order management, and customer experience.
- Optimize like a boss – SEO, paid ads, promos, A/B testing… you know the drill.
- Work the numbers – analyze metrics, track conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead fulfillment and logistics – ensure smooth order processing, delivery, returns, and inventory sync.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with marketing, tech, design, and CX teams (we’re all in this together).
- Solve problems fast – because waiting around isn't our style.
