Job Title: Ecommerce Coordinator

Job Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the product catalogue, product listings on various marketplaces including Amazon, Mumzworld, Noon, and Firstcry.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
• Creating and managing PPC campaigns, including ad copy, keyword research, bidding, and tracking.
• Developing and executing strategies to increase online sales through Amazon channels.
• Managing product listings, ensuring product information is accurate, up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, working closely with the Operations team to resolve any issues.
• Continuously improve and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Manage promotions, discounts, and other marketing initiatives across multiple marketplaces.
• Conduct market research to identify new products and opportunities to expand the company's product offerings.
• KPI optimization (traffic, conversion, basket, retention, profitability) in Amazon and other platforms.
• Building relationships with Amazon teams to gain access to new features and tools.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotions and special offers.
• Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
• Staying up-to-date on Amazon’s and other Ecom platform’s policies, guidelines and procedures, and making recommendations to ensure compliance.
