Interpret and decide on all matters relating to EHS in accordance with the requirements of company / client EHS management system requirements and statutory / local laws*
Take ownership / advice / support / guide the site team in the implementation of LPP/Project safety plan.
Prepare HIRA & JSA for routine & non-routine high-risk activities along with team in accordance with local legal and contractual requirement to maintain high standards of safety throughout the work.
Ensure sufficient stock of safety critical items and personal protective equipment and promote their effective use.
Preparing and maintaining the client & corporate safety reports and monthly HSE performance reports.
Regular site safety inspection for checking the compliances to EHS requirements (company, client and statutory), document and provide reports to Regional EHS Manager specifying EHS status / gaps and action plan developed to close the gap.
Identify the training needs, designing and imparting training for staff, visitor, sub-contractor’s workers
Provide guidance / support site team for continual improvement of EHS assessment score and ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 audit scores.
