Job Objectives

Perform drafting activities using AutoCAD based on inputs from Design Engineer/ Lead Engineer.

Day- to-day operations:

Carryout drafting using AutoCAD based on design inputs provided by Design Engineers/ Lead Engineer.

Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, and production /construction drawings.

Prepare drawing such as layouts, SLDs, schedules, block diagrams, cable schedule, shop drawings, technical details, penetration drawings, equipment support details, and construction details as part of detailed engineering.

Prepare equipment schedule and MTO for cables, trays and equipment.

Carryout site measurements for the preparation of drawings and incorporating changes and comments.

Liaise with other design/ drafting personnel to identify/ incorporate interfaces.

Follow DDW-D and Project specific drawing and document control procedures.

Ensure comments/ changes are properly tracked and incorporated.

Store/ file drawings and documents in the order as per relevant procedure.

Support procurement and fabrication/ construction activities, keep track of redline mark-ups, as built documentation etc.
