Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and equipment.
Maintenance Duties:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive & corrective maintenance of electrical/mechanical systems (e.g., Alarm, pumps, fire protection).
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure compliance with Qatar MOWE, QCS, and HSE standards during maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for critical replacements.
- Supervise technicians and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
Project Engineering Duties:
- Assist in design, execution, and handover of MEP/construction projects from inception to completion.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and method statements for compliance with client specs.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to avoid delays/cost overruns.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to approved plans.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare daily progress reports, maintenance logs, and as-built documentation.
- Maintain records of inspections, test certificates, and compliance permits.
