We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician with 6-8 years of expertise in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should possess an ITI certification, and a diploma will be considered an added advantage. The role involves performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems within construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
   Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure timely repairs.
   Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
   
2. Installation and Repair:Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
   Ensure that work complies with electrical codes and standards.
   Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
   
3. Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
   Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
   Conduct safety checks and risk assessments on electrical systems and equipment.
   
4. Preventive Maintenance:Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
   Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
