Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in relevant industries to expand the customer base.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, helping them select the appropriate electrical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed technical proposals, including specifications, pricing, and timelines.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are successfully delivered.
• Project Management:
• Work with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support product development and marketing efforts.
