· Electrical Installation, Maintenance & Trouble shooting:

· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, distribution panels, switchgear, circuit breakers, and other components in low-voltage rooms.

· Electrical maintenance of Utilities equipment such as Air Compressors, Chillers, Fire pump and alarm systems,

· Ensure electrical systems are functioning efficiently and meet the operational needs of the facility.

· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on LV and Engineering equipment.

· Diagnose and resolve electrical faults or issues in LV systems, ensuring minimal downtime and service interruption.

· Conduct repairs to equipment and systems in compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

· Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and any modifications to the LV room systems.

· Adhere to health and safety, standards, especially regarding lockout/tagout procedures, safe isolation practices, and use of PPE.

· Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, company policies, DEWA, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

· Relevant technical diploma, BTech degree in Electrical field.

· DEWA approved Electrician

Experience & Skills:

· Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a Factory, industrial, commercial, or facilities maintenance setting, with specific experience in LV systems.

· Demonstrated expertise in working with switchgear, control panels, distribution boards, and low-voltage wiring.

· Basic Knowledge of facilities and Utilities equipment electrical maintenance such as Compressors, Chillers and Fire pump and alarm systems.
