Electronics Engineer ( Electronics Hardware Engineer) - Automotive - Must have OEM experience -

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop components such as circuit boards and other devices. work closely with software

engineers to create new components, conduct tests on prototypes, and oversee the manufacturing process

of a variety of hardware components. **To design electronic hardware and ensure that it complies with

specifications.

2. Responsible for market research (specific product features, technology and design in exist), Data

collection, analysis of Bench-mark data, study of Things Gone Right / Things Gone Wrong Reports,

competitive approach in product development.

3. To thoroughly check materials, procedures and mechanical or electrical systems to ensure that

customers get high-quality, functional products. They run tests on various components and features to

identify and fix technical issues.

4. Evaluate a project's firmware needs, designing a firmware solution to meet project needs, develop and

implement new firmware (i.e., programming), debug firmware to ensure it functions properly, evaluate

performance and troubleshoot as needed, incorporate client feedback into firmware revisions

5. Support and maintain inhouse technology equipment, installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and

upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance.

7. Responsible for conducting PCB Concept Feasibility.

8. Preparation of Concept Simulation and BOM creation.

9. Conduct review of Concept Simulation along with Mechanical Engineering team.

10. Finalize the Hardware and Software design ,supplier for hardware and software development along

with purchase Team.

11. Review and Finalizing of PCB (Gerber) with Multi-disciplinary Team (Design, Engineering, Quality,

SCM, etc.,) and Vendor Fabrication.

12. Responsible to review and approve the Vendor Fabrication procedures and test report templates are

submitted by vendors along with Multi-disciplinary Team (Design, Engineering, Quality, SCM, etc.,)/for

Product simulation modeling.

Requirements:

1. B.E/M Tech/ME Electronics

2. Minimum of 5 years + of Hardware design, system/product level experience in automotive industry.

3. Proficiency in simulation and modeling software for electronic components

4. Experience in Automotive electronics Hardware design, schematic capture, generation of design files,

BOMs, troubleshooting and release.

6. Experience In hardware/product development, integration, testing, compliance & support. Should have

basic knowledge of NPI/NPD.

7.Instrument Knowledge - CROs, Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzer, CMW500, LCRQ meter, etc.

8. Design analysis for Thermal, EMI/EMC.

9. Must Being proficient in Altium, Cadence, Alegro or other tools is a must.

Salary Range: 10,000 AED - 12,000 AED
