We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chairman in all administrative, operational, and strategic functions. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and either German or Turkish, with a proven track record of executive support in Dubai. This role requires exceptional communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-level environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chairman
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate high-level appointments and events
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence in English and either German or Turkish
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Coordinate extensive international and domestic travel arrangements, including visa processing
- Liaise with internal departments, board members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Translate and interpret (as needed) between English and German or Turkish
- Support the Chairman in business and personal matters as required
- Monitor and follow up on important tasks and projects
- Represent the Chairman professionally in all interactions
