  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities

  • Handle executive communications and correspondence

  • Support strategic initiatives and track key projects

  • Organize board meetings and record minutes

  • Oversee travel, logistics, and confidential documentation

  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Ensure timely and professional responses on behalf of the CEO

  • Support the CEO in tracking key initiatives, projects, and KPIs across subsidiaries

  • Follow up with departments to ensure execution of decisions and action items

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and strategic documents

  • Organize executive and board-level meetings

  • Record minutes, track decisions, and ensure accountability for action items

  • Support governance processes across Vallo Holding

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics

  • Manage confidential documents, records, and filing systems

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations for the CEO office
