* Organize and coordinate the daily schedule of the Executive Director, including setting
appointments, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
* Maintain and update electronic and paper files for the Executive Director, ensuring all
documents are accurately filed and accessible.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and
collaboration.
* Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and interviews as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively with the Executive Director.
