Loading and Unloading of Raw Material in the Machine Tank.
To participate in equipment loading/ unloading operations.
Finished Product (Pallet) – runner cutting, strapping, wrapping the finished product with plastic film wrapping, Stacking the finished product in Warehouse area.
To operate the cutter and the grinder machine - Cutting, Crushing and Re-grinding of rejected PALLETS into the grinding machine.
To inform the Junior and Senior Operator about any detection of defected products in the process of packing and sort the defected products separately from the good one.
Housekeeping of the workshop premises (INSIDE & OUTSIDE) - Floor cleaning, Machine area cleaning, dusting the racks, cleaning the outside factory area near the utilities & auxiliaries, cleaning finished product loading bay, service roads, parking.
To keep the working area clean, do not block the approaches to pumps, machines, and fire extinguisher appliances.
To disassemble wooden pallets and any other wooden construction/ packaging.
To pack and mark good quality finished products as per the rules and norms of packing and to follow the rules of marking.
To perform any other duties as per the demand of the supervisor.
