- Must be very detailed, organized and thorough in thinking and analysis.
- Must have worked preferably in backward integrated production planning process.
- Must have worked on more than 500 SKUs which includes in-house and bought out items as well
- Should have worked in a role, with a high level of product changeovers.
- Should have experience with implementing cost reduction, inventory control, on time delivery projects in their organization.
- Must have excellent planning skills and in-depth knowledge of all Raw and Pack materials with knowledge of production lines
- Be a fast learner, very open minded and very innovative and creative thinker.
- Must be very proactive, self-motivated and Hands on manager.
- Must be able to manage, motivate, train and build a good planning team.
- Loyal, committed and hardworking and totally driven to succeed and achieving excellence and success.
- Good communication skills.
