Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Managing customer inquiries and providing support in logistics operations and · assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
Resolving service issues by addressing and understanding customers' needs.
Using communication tools such as telephone, email or chat to address customer enquiries and complaints.
Working with operation department or staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager.
Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
