- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Managing customer inquiries and providing support in logistics operations and · assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Resolving service issues by addressing and understanding customers' needs.
- Using communication tools such as telephone, email or chat to address customer enquiries and complaints.
- Working with operation department or staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
