  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to facility operations and maintenance.
  • Facilitate communication between departments regarding facility-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of facility operations.
  • Prepare reports on facility management activities, presenting data to upper management for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead emergency preparedness drills and ensure compliance with safety protocols during incidents.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability within the facility management team.
