Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to manage customer inquiries, quotations, and project updates.
· Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation including proposals, contracts, reports, and correspondence using MS Office tools.
· Maintain and regularly update client databases and CRM systems.
· Assist in preparing tenders and project bids specific to wastewater treatment systems and services.
· Liaise with procurement, logistics, and service departments to ensure timely delivery and project fulfillment.
· Follow up with clients regarding quotations, payments, documentation, and feedback.
· Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
· Organize and schedule client meetings, technical presentations, and sales follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role.
· Prior experience in the wastewater treatment industry or industrial equipment sales is an advantage.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
