We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiberglass production, able to manage and lead a production team, oversee quality control processes, and ensure that all production targets and standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire fiberglass production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Monitor production workflow and manage the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products and processes.

Inventory and Supply Management:
