We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiberglass production, able to manage and lead a production team, oversee quality control processes, and ensure that all production targets and standards are met. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout production.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire fiberglass production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Planned, coordinated, and directed production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor production workflow and manage the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
Quality Control:
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet company and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products and processes.
Identify and address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fiberglass production technologies.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct safety training for production staff and enforce safety protocols.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, addressing any safety hazards promptly.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
Coordinate with suppliers to order and replenish materials as needed.
Monitor and control production costs to stay within budget.
